    Ginger Root & Protein Absorbtion

never looked into the specific science of it, but from my own experience it is very useful for aiding digestion and letting one eat more, easily. I use about 1,100 mg before any big meal, when bulking... You can get it from a million places online or at a local wal-mart, pharmacy, etc...

What's your opinion of using steroids?

lots of good points King... the only prob is where to find the knowledgable MDs :)

When to drink my pre workout drink?

Since your preworkout meal is so big (and because of its contents), I personally, would eat it around a 1.5-1 hour prior to training as I hate the lethargy from the insulin response and it often makes me sick to eat too close to training... a protein shake alone would be better suited to 30...

    Site Specific

Andro Spray is designed for systemic delivery... it will provide zero significant local growth. Avant was working on a product called Sytenhance which utilized a special carrier that would maximize muscle/site delivery and minimize systemic... however, thanks to the FDA, this and a number of...

    MAG-10 versus One+

There are a few threads on the Avant Forums that deal with this issue (rubbing off on children) and others as well, which will be very beneficial to you. ( http://www.mindandmuscle.net ). BTW- If you are planning on using ONE+, I would hurry up and order some.... The FDA is "protecting...

    Ground oats

Good idea, I think I'm going to start doing this as well... Also, just because flax seed oil is being added, it will not significantly slow down absorbtion, rather you need a more "solid" fat source (i.e. natural peanut butter or a seed source.) But in the morning, who cares... I...

    Several Small Meals

Thread at Avant Labs Forum (long... and strays back and forth.. but very pertinent toward the end for sure).

    Pre Exercise Nutrition timing

another good idea which I've recently implemented and was previously against (due to the "insulin worry") is the slow drinking of gatorade (or other sucrose/glucose source) during the workout.... has made a very noteable difference for me.

    is milk bad for you?

I still don't buy it !! :) sorry, but I'm not gonna stop drinking milk. If you aren't lactose intolerant and don't have any gas/digestion problems from it, then go for it... the first article seems to wander around treating milk as if it should not be consumed simply because there are better...

    How FATS work?

there is a good article at http://weightrainer.virtualave.net/ (articles, nutrition, "fats article"..... to find it).. basically affirms what vicious said as well as some additional "hows".

    Flax Seed Oil

3:1 is what I've read numerous times as well ( i.e. at http://weightrainer.virtualave.net/nutrition/fats.html which is a wonderful fat article in general IMO ).

    Flax Seed Oil

Yes, I've heard many people tell me they do the same.. My only concern with that is the lignans, I have not been able to find any useable information to determine the strength/length of the estrogen site blocking characteristics of flax seed lignans. If they are as strong as some say, and one...

    Flax Seed Oil

Is it "high-lignan" flax seed oil? If so that is likely the cause... they basically press the seed without removing the "dirty part" which contains the lignans and you are left with a nasty tasting product... there is no point in buying "high lignan" flax seed oil...

    Other substances added to creatine...

I think r-ALA is worth adding when using creatine. I take 200-300mg of it with every dose of creatine... I think it does make a difference, however one should note that when taking over 100mg of ALA (r-ALA)/day you should also supplement with a little Biotin to prevent an imbalance... take the...
