    I had a great first two week workout. I was off on weight with a couple of exersises but it worked out fine. I can see that this is going to be a good program for me. I am fired up for the next two weeks.

    Yes, loading phase is not needed. I take something with three grams before I workout and then a recovery drink with 2 grams after.

    Iam confused. I thought you were to do 15 reps for two weeks and then move down. Is this just a different way of doing it?

    Thank you. I have been using this week to figure out my 15 rep weight. Am i using that same weight thru the two weeks or am I adjusting if I find one day that I can do more weight?

    Reading the article on this type of workout, I think i will use the sample two week workout to start my program. I just need to put in a shoulder routine. They only have one for rear delts. Does that sound like a good place to start?
