An adjusted FFMI of 23, so a fairly significant gain in lbm then, what lbm do you expect to be at 4% (assuming you are going that low again)

At 4% I should be at 150 but you also have to accept the fact that you might lose a little muscle in the process of going that low. I will be competing next July and I'm hoping that I can at least be 155-160 at 5%. I never really saw any difference between those two, 5-4% mark, so I don't think it will be necessary.
