Along with what Totz suggested, I find standing french presses also give a good stretch.
I'll have to think about that. Here's an update pic on my DUP/HST training. I've added some descent size but still have about ten pounds to go.
What is you current weight and body fat level?
An adjusted FFMI of 23, so a fairly significant gain in lbm then, what lbm do you expect to be at 4% (assuming you are going that low again)
