Squat 5,4,3,3 (total 15 reps) - drop set on last set
Machine Delts 5,4,3,3
Machine Bench 5,4,3,3
Machine Back Pull 5,4,3,3
Is it safe to squat 3 times a week with this rep range on squats? So far I don't have any back pain but its quite...
