BB hyper; 2x5-80kg. Superset with chins.
 
DL; 3-200kg, 4x2-220kg@7.

FSQ; 3-100kg, 4x3-110kg@9. Thoracic erector strength for this movement is pathetic right now.
 
OHP; 5-70kg, 3x4-80kg@9.5.

These are sucking. Going to drop load and do more volume based stuff for a while.

Ah only the hardcore lifters do that, so badass ;D.

And you're so hard on yourself man.. those numbers are awesome! I'm no way near that, probably half that (deadlifts when I did them my best was 120kg for 5 reps), and I can't even front squat at all. Good stuff!
