@Jester: How are you performing your FP deads?
Do you usually lower your deads under control or do you not bother with the eccentrics? I see so many vids of quite powerful deadlifters dropping bars in training that I'm beginning to wonder if this is why my lower back takes more of a beating than is really necessary.
Please say that's 12 X 1 X 235? I wouldn't be all that surprised if you did 12 reps with 235 but then I noticed it was at a deficit! Anyway, nice dead session as always.Deficit deads; 5-100kg, 5-150kg, 3-190kg, 3-220kg, 1-230kg, 12x235kg.
