Barbell hyper; 1x5-60kg, 2x5-80kg.
Paused Front Squat. I should do more of these, but it's 5 in the morning and everyone needs something to be slack at some time.
They're one of the better deadlift accessories that isn't a pull.
Bought some bands, boy are they interesting.
Been toying with the idea of doing this, keep us posted on how it goes and if it helps.
