Great bod, what are ya complaining about? All you need is alittle tuning then, smaller thighs, they proportionate, what ytou wanna look like...a ballet dancer?
IMO all you need is a slight bit on the upper body and you'll look even better.
You keep doing HST and by the end of teh year if you keep all going properly you'll look just right!
Quad...looking good...just looking at that forearm one can see this old man does not play games...that's a forearm used to some unusual weight lifting!

Haha...ballet dancer, not really, BUT thinking about it, some ballet dancers do actually have some very aesthetically pleasing bodies. I just want body that looks proportional within the constraints of my genetics. I want something that looks good not only in a tank top in the gym, but also in a shirt or a suit. People with huge pecs and traps don’t look nice in a suit.
Regarding my quads and gluts...they are SO easy to stimulate/grow compared to the rest of my body. Just 4 sets of 5 reps of squats
per week (linear progression, 2 sets per workout) and they become huge. Why can't my shoulders/back do that? Genetics I guess. Here's the weird thing. I stopped doing squats at one point because I didn't want them to get any bigger. However, this adversely affected my upper body strength and mass. So now I've reverted back to them, but being very careful with the weight and volume and rep range (trying to stay below the "hypertrophy rep range" of 8-12 reps).
Scientific muscle, my body fat is around 12-14% Do you think I can stay in this range whilst putting on muscle? Or do I have to increase this percentage further?
PS: guys, haven't you noticed how f***ed up my abs are? Don't ask my why -- not even I know why. It's not like I train one side of my abs more than the other.
