Well, I need to cut until I either hit 3-5mm abdominal caliper measurements (right on the right of my navel), or the lower end of my BMI (54kg, I weight 58-59kg now), whichever happens first. Then I will add food gradually while maintaining the leanness, while progressing in training (more specifically, attempting to increase my Wilks points in every movement, including those not in PL).Still not happy with progress ... ?
