Grunt was my Hash name in the Wellington Hash House Harriers because I was a Marine Embassy Guard while stationed there. I added 11 with is actually “one-one” or 1stBn 1stMar my original unit in the Corps because someone else already had "Grunt".

only the navy/coast guard/marines use 4 numbers I believe... no idea what a 1542 is.

I joined as an 11x-Infantry Recruit
Graduated and was assigned 11B-Infantryman
There's also 11C-Mortarman

There use to be 11M-Mechanized infantry
11H-Heavy Infantry(Delta Companys)
11B's just do their job.

A 1542 was an army infantry officer at least from WWII through Vietnam AFAIR. Not sure if they are still using it now.

Kitavans are an isolated group living on a island off Papua New Guinea where the Western/ neolithic diet has hardly penetrated. Many live well into their 90's and heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and high blood pressure are unknown. I have been following the so-called Pacific Islands Diet for some time; for my HST program I am adjusting the calories and macro ratios to that recommended by Bryan Haycock.

I know well the story of Kitavans and Lindeberg study, it is amazing, they are free of westerns disease even though most of them are smokers. Their diet is high in carbs. I am trying to follow their diet too, but there is not good availability of tubers and roots in my country.

Btw, good luck with HST!!
