Went right away from the program last night. Trained with a power lifting buddy of mine who is running Sheiko. Thought I would follow that for a session and the volume almost killed me. Good to mix it up though.

Not sure I could handle that much volume on a regular basis. I think you can get a better training effect from higher intensity’s and lower volume. I know I’m aching like a mf today too.
 
@Jester I like them. The technique is much truer to a true deadlift than a rack pull.

Currently pulling 3 days a week, with first pulling day my comp pull, 2nd a relatively light block pull and third a moderate pause pull.

Not sure how much carry over they have, but I enjoy them and gives me extra pulling volume without sacrificing my recovery.

Just lower volume for a week, not load. Volume is driving the fatigue, not the % of rm.
My deloads, thats exactly what I do. Usually will do just 1 or 2 sets but keep the intensity high around 8-9rpe, and drop the assistance stuff for that week.
