Very fatigued this morning, barely any sleep with daughter having a head&chest combo overnight.

3-200kg, 1-220kg, 240kg, 250kg, 260kg@8, [email protected]. New stance and form. Felt fantastic.

Deficit BB hypers; 3-60kg, 4x3-100kg. So intense on the posterior chain. Expect them to pay off for that sticking point at the knees.

Pull-ups; 3x5-bw.
 
DL; 3-200kg, 1-225kg, 245kg, 255kg, 265kg@8, [email protected], 285kg@10. Happily surprised with the 285, moved well once it broke.

HBBS; 5-60kg, 3-80kg, 4x3-100kg. Felt good. It begins.

Row; 3x3-150kg.
 
3-200kg, 1-220kg, 240kg, 260kg@7, 280kg@9. Lower back was almost doing a cramping thing, whine I presume is/was due to bringing back HBBS and extension demands yesterday.

HBBS; 3-60kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg@6?.

Deficit hypers; 6x4-100kg. 24th rep was more like a half-rep, but meh, close enough. Had nothing left in the posterior chain to give at that point.

Evening;

1-200kg, 220kg, 240kg, 260kg@7, 280kg@8, 300kg fail - few inches off. Overpsyched the setup again.

That 280 tonight flew.

ZGM; 5-60kg, 3-80kg, 90kg, 5x3-100kg. One or two janky reps at 100kg because I kept the rest periods a bit short, racing the clock to get them in. Felt great though and my erectors are really starting to respond to getting pummelled twice a week.

Evening; 1-200kg, 220kg, 240kg, 260kg@8, [email protected]. Erectors feeling thrashed but the reps all felt good.
