    1-200, 220, 240, 260, [email protected]

    Very fatigued this morning, barely any sleep with daughter having a head&chest combo overnight.

    Soph still coming out of that cold so kept it brief.

    3-200kg, 1-220kg, 240kg, 250kg, [email protected], [email protected] New stance and form. Felt fantastic.

    Deficit BB hypers; 3-60kg, 4x3-100kg. So intense on the posterior chain. Expect them to pay off for that sticking point at the knees.

    Pull-ups; 3x5-bw.

    ZGMs; 5-60jg, 3-80kg, 5x3-90kg E2MOM.

    Erectors swollen AF right now, love it.
