    Make sure you have good form. For example on your bench press, make sure that your arms are 'squared' and keep your elbows out, keep them away from the sides of your body. Go down until you feel a good stretch in your pecs.

    I was just curious as to how much I should take pre/post workout. I take 1.5 scoops mixed with a lil over a cup of milk for pre/post (primer/driver).
