    Yes please post, i often find myself wondering the same thing. I think a calorie is just a calorie in terms of weight gain/loss, and as long as the protein is sufficient, where they come from doesn't matter that much. This is straight bodybuilding wise, not health wise. I mean u'll look better...

    Agreed. The heaviest weights seem give me the most stimulus by a long shot. I find the heaviest weights + metabolic work + high calorie diet = big gains. At 5xweek frequency and eating like a pig i started gaining well from the 5rm onward.

    Agreed. If you can't do negatives, then keep upping the weights somehow. Whether it be cluster reps, push press instead of strict military press, or other options, just increase.

    Yeah i also have found that with 5-6x week training, one set is enough, and i'm outta the gym within 20 minutes. 2 sets seems rough to me in the 5's with high frequency, alt. deadlifting and squats everyday during the post 5's clustering or negs is brutal with 1 set.

    I think ur best bet for making ur shoulders bigger and stronger would be to concentrate on your pressing movement. During a bulk add another set to your shoulder press throughout the cycle, or a little more frequency, or just start with heavier weights from the getgo and stay into ur heaviest...

    If you have dips, are they only narrow? Otherwise you could do dips for chest, it's a better chest exercise than bench. You could still do them for your triceps as well, but i'd go for the skull crushers or something with a little more stretch. I don't know, i guess in your situation go with cg...

    I have your back. ;) Don't understand why anyone wouldn't do clean and press in place of military press. The clean does so much, hitting the traps and back and so on. And the movement itself leads to greater loads than standard military press.
