Heck yeah! Lifting + CF - outstanding to see you logging again, Bax. Looks like you maintained quite a bit of strength through the layoff.

So - this is going to be daily squatting + CF WODs. I can't wait to see how you progress - in the past, the WODs really did amazing things for you.

I wasn't overly impressed with my time but was glad to finish. Spent some time pulling and putting on plates also which I didn't seem to mind.

You did weighted PU's? Holy crap Bax - that's impressive! I wasn't aware of the Pack... Sounds absolutely brutal. Proud of 'ya man! Way to beat the snot out of yourself!

Well not as good as I hoped compared to March 5 where i got 3 at 140 and 145. Strange I couldn't do a handstand pushup in March but can now yet my OHP is lower.
