Nice work Bax! These workouts have to be really shedding fat like crazy - and at the same time upping your strength and endurance levels. Great stuff!

Still been lifting, but started my seasonal job this past week and that always creates havoc with my workouts. I got to figure something out thats basic and quick maybe just squats deads and overhead presses.

Tonight just did some deads.

Been a Looooong time. Testing some maxes today and hopefully gonna get back on track for awhile.

Deads 1x1x225, 1x5x275, 1x1x300,320,335

Pretty happy with that. Weighing in at 158 these days and looking to gain some strength back over the next 8 weeks. I'm thinking a 5x5 might be in order.

That's a pretty nice workout for just starting out again (and at a scrawny 158...).

One minute on one minute off of 20 reps, 25# kettlebell swings. Total time 10 minutes. Used a 25# plate instead
