Been a Looooong time. Testing some maxes today and hopefully gonna get back on track for awhile.
Squat  1x10x45, 1x5x95, 1x1x135,165,185,205  
OHP    1x10x45, 1x1x95, 115, 125, 135, 140  
Power Clean   1x1x95, 115,125,135,155
Deads  1x1x225, 1x5x275, 1x1x300,320,335
Pretty happy with that.  Weighing in at 158 these days and looking to gain some strength back over the next 8 weeks.  I'm thinking a 5x5 might be in order.
