I’m going to stick with it for one more block after this one... apparently the next block after this one will be a peak into a mock meet so might as well stay the course.

According to others that have run this programming the peak is quite aggressive so we’ll give it a go.

Learnt a lesson though that coaches on the most part are probably over rated.

A lot to be said for keeping it simple and lifting heavy and often

So next competition will be Feb '19 with deadlift bars, monoracks and knee wraps.... lets see how this goes! I'll have to learn how to squat with wraps.
 
Cashing in the natty card or the ipf exclusivity card?
Still going to be a tested federation and I'l always be a "Lifetime Natty", and will still compete IPF next year. Just fancied competing with some mates rather than flying solo like I usually do.

Feeling pretty shit this week physically and mentally. This week saw the year anniversary of my brothers suicide so just feeling meh and just going through the motions in the gym
 
Decided to take the rest of this week off, a bit ill, a bit sore and a bit bored, then from next week going to sack this AI nonsense off, all its managed to do is make me bored, sore and and flare up my tendonitis

Will go back to the massthetics type template, no more of these endless reps at 70%!

So Monday will be max effort squat w/wraps :D
 
Next 3 weeks.... might tweak it a bit before then
