Need some input

Tot, I wouldn't really call what you're eating dirty bulk. There seems to be (to me) two arguments over bulking dirty; that you're eating a lot of fat for calories (can you spell McDonald?) and/or eating low nutrition foods, like white flour products and other processed foods.

Two things I know:
one is that nutrient timing should be watched to some point - you can't go all day on simple carbs for instance - and
two: that saturated fat in excess produces just exactly that. Excess fat. Therefore, I presume that if one can afford to use large amounts of EFA's for fats, and limit the saturateds, one could bulk longer.
