New To Hst

Haha nothing wrong with that! For me switching to HST is minimalist compared to what I was doing before! 6 x a week upper/lower split! Saw very little size and strength gains
 
First session of 10s in the book. Naturally due to zig zag of weights it felt pretty light and definitely easier than my last session of 15s. I know that’ll already change come the end of the week so learning to enjoy the “easier” sessions! I have noticed arms and shoulders seem to be filling out a tiny bit, probably due to the pump and the fact I’m on a slight calorie surplus!
Chest is still being a weak point for me but hey ho onwards and upwards!
 
Abs and some light band work today. Love coming into the gym on my off days to do some stretching and abs, just can’t keep myself away haha Feeling well recovered too
 
Another workout in the books!! Feeling great nothing unusual to report! One more session of 10s on Friday before week 2 of 10s commences
 
First week of 10s done and dusted! Ready to rest up this weekend and head into the last week of 10s.

I've toned down my training a little only just recently, and going through a rehab/prehab/flexibility/mobility phase just to address any injuries and imbalances (my wrist and knee are shocking at the moment), but you've inspired me I may do a fairly straight up HST cycle after it :)

That’s cool! I hope I do inspire you to give it a go soon. I hope your rehab training is going well. I’ve recently been wanting to get into some mobility work on my off days to help improve my movement patterns in the gym when lifting
 
Some pretty basic no pump shots at the half way point of my first HST cycle.

Plenty of room to grow on that back. Anterior looking nicely developed for early days in your lifting career.
 
Had my second last session of 10s today! Went well, increased weights across all sets. I don’t think I’ve felt this fresh going into lifting each session since I started training lol! Feeling great all over
