    True. However the theory is also progressive loading.Using too big increments happens to be irrelevent if you are to zig zag too much. Zini, there is a topic in the FAQs named "What increments to use" that a believe would be of an interest to you.

    No. Did you test your maxes? If not, you could do that on monday and after you sd for at least 9 days. Eventhough it's only 3 workouts you really have to SD,you want your first cycle to be a succesful one

    Exactly. Btw you don't have to use a 12.5 lbs increment if you don't want to, a 5 lbs increment on the bp should do the job allright. Actually using smaller increment will avoid you from zig zagging,i.e lifting weights you already have during your 15s. ;)

    I have made good progress with a product call Mass fuel from Twinlab, I still use it. However, i get it from Belgium i don't if you can get it in your country given that Twinlab uses different label for Europe.

    Hi Dorian, I did skip the 15's, I am now starting my first week of 5's. I cut my cycle short of two weeks. However I did keep the 15's for my legs workout. I'm doing Fine,but I won't skip any phases on my third cycle.
