2 month SD and return to BB

    I don't know if I have any big boy pics because I was straight up fat .

    But it looked something like this 17 inch arms and 19% bodyfat....at 222 pounds.

    Now I am 192 pounds and 16 inch arms...so I don't know if the weight gain was worth it....not to mention I wouldn't  / didn't want to take my shirt off.

    but with a t shirt you couldn't tell i was that fat.

    Hey good job getting back into it, your thread caught my eye, I've been on a 12 month SD yikes. Poster boy for 'outa shape' for sure. Nice job getting back and sticking with it.

    I just started this in this forum for some reason and it's been like forever...saw no reason to change it.
    One more bench day and I'm a week of maxes - trying to get on the board at Gold's.

    You wouldn't need to start over Quad, I'm sure an admin could transfer it to the training log forum. I think that's why Bryan might have been asking? Because I'm a bit anal, I'd like to see it put there alongside all the others.  [​IMG]  Hope you get on that board.

    Oh, great to see Ron posting here again. 12 month SD?! Double yikes!  [​IMG]  

    Seeing Ron post made me wonder where Dan is these days? Maybe he's on a super-dooper SD, finishing up his IF book?

    Just tried p-boost after reading some reviews about it. Worked good but pretty pricey. The trial was free but you have to pay for the shipping which was quick. Anyone know any coupon codes for p-boost.com?
