your results with HST...

I just finished my first ever HST cycle. Since it was summer, I did it with a cutting diet and here are my results (May 1 thru July 1)

I would have to say that HST works really well with a CKD diet plan. I'm doing a maintainence diet while I'm on SD. I'll decide what I want to do in the next cycle when it gets here.
P.S. I actually got stronger in my squat and shoulder press while doing this. Bench stayed the same, heavy!

All Sunday long!!!! I really got to enjoy my Sundays. I generally went 500 to 1000 cal over maintainence on Sundays. My days were 1700, 1900, 2500, 1700, 1900, 1200, 37-4200. I was also lifting and doing cardio six days a week during this cycle.
 
after a 3/4 year break, just finished my "new first" hst cycle -

before: now:
size 178cm ""
wheight 70kg 83kg (in 10 weeks :-D)
bodyfat 15 % 12 %
chest +2 inch
biceps +1 inch
shoulders +1,8 inch
benchpress (10reps) +20 pounds
squats +40 pounds
military press +10 pounds
barbell curls +10 pounds

especially the wheight gains in exercises are impressive(squats :-D) even thought a lot is probably due to "muscle memory effect"
 
Yowsa, yowsa, yowsa. Nice results Nemesis. An impressive weight gain in combination with the lowered body fat. You da man!

Double post!!!

Anyway, I'm only 3 weeks in, and I haven't takin any measures (i did in the beginnin, i mean since then) but i can alrdy tell I feel like it's workin. Especially after my first week of 10s, my muscles felt real pumped and my skin felt tight, and that was, i think, sunday, so 2 days after my last workout.

Comments on My Results
The inch on the chest, the ¾&quot; in the thighs and the shade under ½&quot; on the biceps is nice. The increase of about 1% of bodyfat is a drag—and, heck, I thought I was being pretty hypocaloric. Go figure!

Well, after SD this coming week, on to <span style='color:red'>Cycle 3</span>!

I'm 2 weeks into my second HST Cycle (doing 3x10, 4x7, 6x5 on bench, deadlift and squat and aux excercises 1 set of 7,5) and I was doing this on a maintainence schedule for calories. Funny thing, though. I have my metabolism running so high that right now I'm at 4000cal a day just to maintain ( I hope&#33;). I'll update in 2 weeks after I see how my caloric intake is coming along. Trying to gain size without fat. Seems to require alot more work :D

Some pics now after 3-4 HST cycles. Best results of my life. And i'm only 18, so i have plenty of time to put HST to use.
 
Side Tri

Last one i'm going to post, the others didn't turn out very well. I've forgotten how to do some quality posing, probably due to the fact that i havn't done bodybuilding update pictures since Feb.

And the leg and calf pictures didn't go into the camera for some dang reason, so that's a bummer. My calves have allways been a very weak point until HST where they finally started growing at a very fast rate. Too bad. B/c i definately wasn't flexing hard at all on my calves or anything during these photos posted.
