Paused Front Squat. I should do more of these, but it's 5 in the morning and everyone needs something to be slack at some time.

They're one of the better deadlift accessories that isn't a pull.
 
Ordered some light bands today. Will slap them on Friday's deads to see how much extra at the top I can tolerate.

Yeah I hear ya, I know how good front squats, and paused front squats are, but that early in the morning... meh... lol
 
5-220kg, 1-240kg, 2-250kg, 4x2-240kg.

Too many BB rows on Tuesday night and form wasn't quite on point.

All good.

Bought some bands, boy are they interesting.

Been toying with the idea of doing this, keep us posted on how it goes and if it helps.

Will do. I am sure they will make a massive difference pushing through the transition from below to above knee; my weak-point.

If you just have a cage with some pins for them, I would get the 12-inch short bands from Rogue. Easier to set up.
