    methods of cooking eggs

If you are cooking an egg in the 'wave, you need to poke a hole in the shell before hand. Personally, I try to avoid "nuked" food as much as I can. I read an article a couple of years ago about the dangers of microwaves and after I showed it to my wife......It was out of the kitchen...

    Vitamins, Supplements, and their Ratings

Although they didn't list their source, I saw on another board that the Mega-man vitamins weren't all that great, but that the Mega-man Gold were rated very good. I use GNC for vitamins myself, so this is something I'm trying to track down. Anyone found any vitamin comparisions?

    Vinegar for Better Glycogen Repletion?

Does Balsimic Vinegar work? My grandmother used to drink a tablespoon a day for "good health". I always thought it was more a wives tale than anything else. Guess it's not necessarily so (a wives tale).

    methods of cooking eggs

I thought Mercola recommended you eat them raw? Might be the best way to go overall, but for ME - I'll have them cooked, TUVM ;)

    Lesson from the Amish

I have to wonder how much of it is due to not eating alot of processed foods. I admit, I don't know much of the Amish's eating habits, but don't they grow most of their food, make their cheese, etc? (or am I mistaken?)

    Canned Soup

I like soup and stews. Normally, I make them from scratch and make enough to freeze or refrig a few servings to take to work.

    HST Program queries

I think my post was confusing, as I used week one whereas I meant the 15 cycle, but you cleared it up very well. Thanks for the clarity. :)

    HST Program queries

I'm new here as well, and after reading all the docs, this particular post answered alot of my questions, but..... Ok, we get our maxes for each RM Ok, after the 1st week of 15's, do I start over with the begining weight again? Meaning, Say.. 100, 105, 110, 115, 120, 125 for week 1 then...

    Using a safety machine

Good question. I normally workout at home (due to work hours), so I invested in a smith machine with most of the other stuff you can find. (lat pulldown, pec deck, dip bar, etc.). Since I workout at home, and 99% I am by myself, it made sense from a safety standpoint since I can prevent injury...
