    Necessary supplements

    For me, it's Vitalzym.... decreases my recovery time from training along with other benefits... great for allergies... digestion.. etc. It's a little pricey but I wouldn't go without it. Staxx

    Artificial Sweeteners- sweet poison?

    I use strictly Stevia or honey. Stay away from aspartame or splenda if you can... splenda is marketing at it's best. I won't advertise on here but you can customize your protein powders at a few sites online... I always add stevia to my powders.

    Superdrol was not banned, and to my knowledge was never carried in any store like GNC. It's all over the place online though. (IE: Bulk Nutrition).

    Keeping gains...

    I just finished the 2nd week of the 5s and may have broken my thumb this weekend (xrays in the a.m). I know I won't be able to do much but I just put on about 7 or 8 lbs that I would hate to lose. Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks
