Going to deload starting Mon. and officially start a cut. Have been dieting all week averaging around 2500 cal./day.
I used a 2sec. m-time up to 5 reps on curls and skulls then increased it 1sec/rep after that, so on my 6 rep I used 6sec and so on. Is this right? Anyways, it felt like my arms were going to explode when I finished..
DB Fly and row just for some fun and for a pump....it worked. I'll continue to throw in some different exercises every workout to see what I can handle and to prepare for my next cycle at the start of the new year.
