Thanks Lol, I'd rather have a bigger squat like yours and quite frankly I've been seriously thinking about dropping bench in favor of OHP's. Surprisingly, OHP's don't bother my shoulder like benching does.

Well, I think I reached my 10 rep maxes a little early. These were some tough sets. Could have maybe got ten on set 2 of bench, but I hit the pins on the way down...really bums me out when I do that. Really digging the RDL's, grip was strong and will increase the weight some more.
Started taking creatine again today.
