    think i might be overtraining...

If you're overtraining you'll be losing strength, size, sleep, be depressed, no appetite, blah, blah, blah. A lot of people (myself included) have confused symptoms of over-reaching with over-training.

    this or this

either one- does'nt matter as long as you keep increasing the weight.

    Creatine, getting started, and suggestions

Would be more of a matter of muscle mass than bodyweight. Just stick to the conventional wisdom- 20 grams/day for a week to load and 5 grams a day for maintenance. You'll get plenty, especially if you include red meat in your diet.

    Strength vs. muscle size

as Jester said, in natural trainers there is a correlation between strength and size, but someone on AAS can be big and relatively weak. Heavy weights are necessary to increase mass in most naturals but some people's genetics allow their CNS to achieve maximum neural coordination (strength)...

    Strength vs. muscle size

muscle size (hypertrophy) is the result of increasing muscle fiber crosssection and hyperplasia (splitting) of individual fibers. Strength is a neural function which involves motor learning and coordination between the central nervous system, nerves, and muscles. Some people are strong, yet...

Frist week of 15's down - I'm loving this!

Great to here you are liking the program. Word of caution: be careful with the volume- you are doing alot of exercises which may push you into overtraining if you're not careful. :D

    Deadlift / Squat frequency

this depends alot on your recovery ability between workouts. Part of this has to do with the fact that lower body generally takes longer to recover than upper body. I, for instance, have found that I can't squat 3 workouts in a row so I only squat every other workout. If I were you, on the 1st...

Help: Need more Calories from Carbs

I don't know if 13-14 cals per lb is really enough to bulk on?! How is your metabolism?

    Olive oil

Of course. Eating fish would probably be the best way to get the EFA's provided you eat it regularly. Stick with fatter cold water species like salmon. Canned tuna is not really a good source.

    Olive oil

Essential fatty acids are necessary for hormone production, cell repair, and they help fight inflammatory responses in the body, so yes, lack of EFA's in the diet could hinder growth. Monounsaturated fats like olive oil are heart healthy and generally better for you then other fats. If you are...

Question: Why 3 days a week?

Depends entirely on your own personal recovery ability. If you are young, have good hormone levels or are taking AAS, and manage the volume you can train every other day and make gains without additional rest days. If you are older like me then the 3x a week is about all you can handle. The...

    During the 8th week ??

Normally negatives are performed with a weight which is too heavy for you to lift concentrically. Therefore you may want to increase the weights you ended your 5's with by an increment or two but not so heavy that you can't control the lowering with good form. Yes, for the exercises that you...
