    ditto on calves. start heavier, increment larger, and more frequency. i have gone as far as working them 6 times a week. you should also make an effort to pause at the bottom (or at the stretched position), especially with standing calf raises. 3-4 seconds is good enough.

    at 20% bf, i think you should you should check out the book The Rapid Fat Loss Handbook, by lyle mcdonald. you shouldn't worry too much about muscle loss until you're a lot leaner. the more fat you have to lose, the more muscle you're likely to keep IF you're weight training.

    did you follow the instructions that came with your calipers? if so, at 10mm, you could safely bulk, but if you're not happy with the way you look right now, definitely do a little cutting. if you're maintaining 10mm easily, you could reach 7 or even 6mm in maybe 6-8 weeks.
