New Log for Infantry Deployment

    I took diesel, not beast. Sorry for mixing em up lol.
    I'm gonna finish pct, go all natural for a month, then try beast.

    I didn't notice anything other than backpumps the first week.
    The 2nd week I noticed some fat loss.
    Strength shot thru the roof. Today I did 210lbs on the bench for 8 reps. Thats 25lbs more than my old 10rm and 5lbs more than my old 5rm.

    I have been experiencing some anger problems.

    Had to urge to grab an interpreter by the neck and drag him so he could interpret for me. My terp went to lunch, the other one is on leave. I needed to tell the ANA something so I went to another section and asked 3 terps who were standing around bull****ting if one of them could come and translate for me. They started saying how they dont work in my section and pretty much didnt want to go... Was pissing me off. Yelled at em and one came...

    Then on facebook the girl i tlk to added some of her ex's but one of them seems to need to comment or like EVERYTHING. Even if its for me. "Be careful! Thats the first step to falling in love but im happy for you." Stfu guy... **** off.

    THEN I was at ****ing chow and some asshole didnt close the pepper shaker properly so I ended up with a mountain of black pepper in my eggs and some in my oatmeal.

    And the taliban finally decided to grow some balls and are attacking... wounded a terp like 2 days ago

    13th day of pct...

    pullups: 11,8,7,6,6
    Did 200lbs On bench:
    4x5

    did incline 180lbs 4x5

    chinups did same as pullups(11 after pullups/flat bench. then 8 after incline, then 7,6,6 last)

    bor 160lbs 4x5
    mil press 130lbs 4x5
    weighted ab crunches 3x15
    tricep extensions 1x8, 2x5

    Think im keeping my strength pretty well.

    Unless I missed you saying it - how are your legs doing? Are the stress fractures healed up yet?

    yeah they're healed. For a while i just couldnt run too far... then i couldnt run too long, then i had to do it every couple of days. Now i just run like 2-3x per week. just so i dont suck when we get back. Just needed to stop running for a long time for them to heal.

    I found out i had it a couple months before the actual test but didnt want to stop running because if i stopped running completely for 2 months i knew i wouldnt be fast enough.

    pullups: 12,8,7,6,6 <-----12 pullups is my max bw pullups
    Did 205lbs On bench:
    4x5

    did incline 185lbs 4x5

    chinups did same as pullups(10 rest then do 2 more, 6 rest then do 2 more, 6 rest, 4, rest, 3)

    bor 165lbs 4x5
    mil press 135lbs 4x5
    weighted ab crunches 3x15
    rev tricep extensions 3x8


    Im hungry... gonna grab a milk box

    pullups: did 5x5 with 5lbs
    Did 210lbs On bench:

    some of the weights got too heavy so i dropped em to keep form good.

    bor 165lbs 4x5
    mil press 135lbs 4x5
    weighted ab crunches 3x15

    I messed up the weights and # of days into pct somehow... 2 more sessions. I think because of the hackers -_-

    21st day of pct

    flat bench- 220lbs 4x5( did 1.5min for first 3 sets. knew i needed more rest for the last so i took about 3 minutes)
    WG BW Pullups- 3x5
    CG BW Chinups- 5x5
    Incline bench 200lbs... was tiring i did 3x5
    BOR 160lbs 4x5
    BB Shrugs 230lbs 4x5
    Military Press 130lbs 3x5
    did some weighted ab crunches
    that forearm thing with the weight attached to a 10lbs plate and i rolled it up(3x)


    Not sure what its called but I did the exercise where you hold a plate out and raise it from below your waist to slighty above shoulder length with your arms extended... I used 45lbs plate and got 6 reps then switched to 35lbs plate for 2 more sets of 10


    Dont remember if i posted but the good idea fairy has once again visited those in charge of me. I'm running off maybe 6hrs of sleep... will be 4hrs of sleep on fridays just because we'll "appreciate it even though we don't think so now."

    Oh yeah and they want another PT test in a month which means I have to increase my running again. By 'they' I mean some people who aren't going to be taking a pt test and one who will just make up a score for his.

    23rd day of pct

    flat bench- 225lbs 3x5<-was pretty heavy. felt like I could do it about 4x though.
    WG BW Pullups- 5x5
    CG BW Chinups- 3x7
    Incline bench 205lbs 3x5
    BOR 165lbs 3x5
    BB Shrugs 235lbs 3x5
    Military Press 135lbs 3x5
    did some weighted ab crunches 3x15
    that forearm thing with the weight attached to a 10lbs plate and i rolled it up(3x)
    lateral raises both side and front using 7.5lbs. 3x10 for both


    Gonna take a week off now and SD for 9 days. so i'll start back working out on the 9th of October.

    will be starting routine Tomorrow... I only get about 6 hrs of sleep... and its broken... 3 hrs, wake up, change into uniform since i cant go to the dfac in pts, eat, come back, take about 1hr to fall asleep... sleep 3 more hrs.I'm not sure i'll make good gains :(


    **** these stupid mother****ers. I cant wait to get out of here.

    ****ing missed dinner because of this stupid ass schedule. I woke up 3 minutes before it ended and we have to go in full uniform(i sleep in pt's so i wouldnt've made it in time) I use to workout at 4am and start work at 7-3. Now I work from 11pm-10am so I workout at 1010-1030... however long it takes to walk back to base and change into pt's.

    Today was MEH.... flat bench was hard. Not hard because the weights were heavy... but hard because it felt ackward. I've noticed this always feels weird after I SD.

    Anyways...

    I did

    Flat Bench: 2x10 170lbs
    Incline Bench: 2x10 150lbs
    Pullups: BW 2x6
    Chinups: BW 2x6
    BOR: 2x10 120lbs
    Shrugs: 2x10 180lbs
    Military Press: 2x10 90lbs


    I also did lateral raises(side and front) 2x10 5lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 2x 15 don't remember the weight... it was machine.... on like setting 5

    I didnt really feel as if my biceps got worked so i did 2 sets of curls on a machine.


    My pullups are sucking. Maybe cause of extra weight? Everything else is stronger so i'm gonna assume that is why... still no scale

    BOR: 2x10 130lbs
    Shrugs: 2x10 185lbs
    Military Press: 2x10 100lbs
    lateral raises(side and front) 2x10 5lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 2x 15, 1x10
    machine curls: 3x10


    4th day:

    Flat Bench: 2x10 180lbs
    Incline Bench: 2x10 160lbs
    Pullups: BW 6 sets of 4 reps
    Chinups: BW 6x4
    BOR: 2x10 135lbs
    Shrugs: 2x10 185lbs
    Military Press: 2x10 100lbs
    lateral raises(side and front) 2x10 5lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 2x 15, 1x10
    machine curls: 3x10

    Incline Bench: 1x10 165lbs second set was: 1x8 rest for about 20 secs and 1x2
    Pullups: BW 6 sets of 2 reps<-pullups are REALLY HARD now
    Chinups: BW 2 sets of 6 reps
    BOR: 2x10 140lbs
    Shrugs: 2x10 195lbs
    Military Press: 1x10 110lbs then second set was: 1x6 rest 1x3 rest 1x1
    lateral raises(side and front) 2x10 7.5lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 3x 15
    machine curls: 3x10


    wrist curls too and behind the back tricep extensions using dumbells cause civilian and terp were hogging the pulley rack thing...

    Both arms:
    35lbs 1x10
    45lbs 1x10

    20lbs 1x10 each hand


    cant wait to see how i look after cutting in december :D

    Pullups: BW 2 sets of 6 reps wide grip... was easy
    Chinups: BW 2 sets of 6 reps
    BOR: 5x5 145lbs
    Shrugs: 5x5 210lbs
    Military Press: 5x5 110lbs
    lateral raises(side and front) 5x5 10lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 3x15
    machine curls: 3x10

    wrist curls with the 10lbs 1x regular, 2x reverse.

    beastdrol was started today 10mg in the morning gonna have another for dinner.

    20mg ED first week.

    Incline Bench: 5x5 185lbs
    Pullups: BW 6x6 was easy
    Chinups: BW 6x6 reps... was kinda hard
    BOR: 5x5 150lbs
    Shrugs: 5x5 215lbs
    Military Press: 5x5 115lbs
    lateral raises(side and front) 10x10 10lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 3x15
    machine curls: 3x10

    wrist curls with the 10lbs 2x regular, 1x reverse.

    feeling sore :)

    doing 5x5 is kind of taxing... 2 more days of 5's.... i'm gonna try to extend it. Thinking of only doing 5x5 for only flat bench, mil press, and bor. Probably continue with 3x5 for everything else... then switch to 10x3...

    first week of beast is done(20mg ED)
    the next 3 weeks will be ran at 30mg

    Flat Bench: 5x5 225lbs... i planned on doing 220 but said **** it...
    Incline Bench: 5x5 200lbs The last set was really hard
    Pullups: BW 2x6
    Chinups: BW 2x6
    BOR: 5x5 165lbs
    Shrugs: 5x5 230lbs
    Military Press: 5x5 135lbs(was supposed to be 130lbs but i didnt feel like taking off 45's and putting 35's + other crap on)

    lateral raises(side and front) 3x5 12.5lbs
    weighted ab crunches. 1x15, 1x20, 1x20 progressively increasing weight
    machine curls: 3x10(i'm at the bottom of the rack so i'm unable to increase the weight)

    wrist curls with the 10lbs 1x regular, 2x reverse


    1 day left of 5's


    I've been really sore lately... my lower back especially. I had to lift this heavy ass desk for my sgm and angle it to get it out of a building, down some stairs, across gravel, and angle it again to get it into another building. It was a two man lift but still hurt my back :\


    backs been sore before that though. Everythings kind of been sore for a while...i can still function and i'm not struggling but This soreness is new... its as if i just got into lifting but it's been like this for this entire cycle
