    It takes 5 min max to make a nice salad. It takes a lot longer to cook some chicken breasts on the grill. Eat your veggies is my point...they are full of nutrients and are a great carb source. Plus, they taste dang good.

    I'm guessing you are coming off a cutting cycle. I had the bloating feeling problem too when I was increasing mu calories. It gets a little getting used to and yes, it's uncomfortable. But after a while you WILL get used to eating more...just tough it out for like a week or so. :)

    Seems to me like you are eating too many carbs and not enough protein. Try for a 40/40/20 macro split. BTW, when most people eat they look/feel a lil bloated...I know I do. It's mostly in your head.

    I drink 1/2 to 3/4 gallon of milk during workout

    I'm just curious...do you carry a huge milk jug around with you at the gym?And doesn't the milk get kinda warm and nasty after a while? I dunno how you don't puke...more power to ya i guess.

    I tracked my food intake for about 2 weeks just to actually see how much of everything I was eating. Personally, I don't think it's necessary to keep track of every day but you should give it a shot for like a week or so. That way you can get macros down.

    I started today with 5g in a glass of water in the morning. I am not gonna load cus I don't feel it's necessary. I have been drinking alot of fluids and pissing like crazy. Just wondering, does anyone put creatine powder in oatmeal in the morning?

    I am starting my 1st HST cycle next monday and am currently doing my SD. I want to start using creatine. I wasn't going to do a loading phase but I wanted to know what you all think about starting creatine while doing SD? Should I wait until next Monday or start tommorow morning(9/13)?

    Wanted to double check my diet

    Unless you are earting sugar free yogurt, I would cut it out. Yogurt has too many simple carbs in it. Limit it to the post workout window. You can get some dairy and protein in (plus cut out a can of tuna) by eating some cottage cheese before bed.
